The Cured CBD Infused Spices is a fun product for cooking with friends or to enjoy on a snack. 1 tsp is 10-15 mg of CBD, depending on the size of the teaspoon. There is a total of 100 mg of CBD in one spice mix container.
There are 5 different spice blends: Roasted Garlic Lemon Pepper, Cinnamon & Honey, Smokey BBQ, Peanut Butter & Chocolate, and Blackening Seasoning. The spice mixes are blended with CBD Isolate from Colorado grown hemp.
If you’re looking for something with accurate dosing, the tinctures and gel caps are better to find your dosing level than the Infused Spices. But if you’re looking for some CBD to infuse into your favorite recipes, then this is an option worth exploring.
The Infused Spices are a great gift idea or a fun way to introduce CBD to your group of friends in a non-threatening way. It also might be a good fit for seasoned CBD users, who want to have fun with a product to spice up a dinner party, potluck, date night, or movie night.
I used the Blackening Seasoning, Smokey BBQ, and Cinnamon & Honey CBD Infused Spices on a pork tenderloin. It enhanced the meat with a delicious and rich flavor. I honestly didn’t mean to use the Cinnamon & Honey but I was glad I did as it reached a non-traditional part of my taste buds and made the pork tastier.

I grilled the 2 pounds of pork for 45-60 minutes and browned each of the 4 sides. This is an interesting and fun new product for CBD consumers. I wasn’t sure of the effects I felt, but I enjoyed the novelty of eating CBDs in the food I cooked in the comfort of my home.
Another reviewer tried to find a recipe to judge the effects of the CBD in the Infused Spices. He made popcorn on the stove with coconut oil in a pan, covered the popcorn in butter, then dusted it with 1 tablespoon of finely ground nutritional yeast, 3/4 tsp of Blackening Seasoning, and 3/4 tsp of Smokey BBQ. This is a 1 1/2 tsp dose, which is around 22 mg of CBD. He watched one movie and fell asleep watching the second movie. He enjoyed his night sleep and said, “I picked a bad action movie to watch, and somehow it wasn’t that bad. Strangely, I was emotionally involved with the action movie like it was a character drama. And then I knew there was CBD in my system.” This reviewer experienced mild mood enhancement before falling asleep in the middle of the 2nd movie.
This product is a good choice have for summertime grilling season for meats and veggies. Put veggies in foil and then put the CBD Infused Spices in with butter and let the extra liquids collect the CBD Veggie Butter juices.
Recipes where the final dish has some left over liquids, fats, or gravies will be better for feeling the effects of the CBD in the spice mix. We think adding the spice mixes to sauces or soups. The Smokey BBQ might be a good addition to chili or soup. The Garic Lemon Pepper might be good to sprinkle onto a Shrimp Scampi. Popcorn is a good way as you can you make a sweet-styled popcorn with the Cinnamon & Honey/Peanut Butter & Chocolate or savory styled popcorn.
